Lots of photographs, detail and history from all around the UK, plus details of some weird bikes and a chapter on the End to End as well! A great present for a cyclist of any ability, probably to end up in the loo where a few pages can be read at a time! Seriously (it's worth more than that) I really liked it, found it useful and enlightening and it's taken me an age to type this as I keep dipping in to the book! Buy one today!
