Postage, Packing, and Delivery Information

All items are sent by Royal Mail within the UK, except for heavy items which are sent by courier, and sent Air Mail to Europe and other destinations Worldwide. We try to post every day if we can, bearing in mind that we are only a small company and the daily collections are quite early out here in the wilds!

Mondays and the start of the week are always busy for us as we deal with the orders that have come in over the weekend, but any serious delays to an order will alwys be notified to you by e-mail.

Please remember that the cost of your postage includes the packaging that we use to make sure that items arrive without being damaged in transit. Except for very light items we use professional postal boxes made from recycled cardboard to protect your items.

Do make sure that the postal address that you give us will have someone there to receive your delivery - larger items will not go through a letter box - and you will have to make a trip to the Sorting Office to collect.

Postage: All items have been weighed and the postage is charged accordingly. Free UK delivery on all stock items over £40.00, apart for heavy items to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire, where surcharges will apply - our couriers charge us more to go to these destinations! We will advise of any surcharges after we have received your order.

If in any doubt - please mail or phone us - speak to a real person, not a telephone menu! - always here to help if we can, Monday = Friday 10ish to 5ish. (often much earlier and much later!). Weekends we are out riding!
